No need for a weekly meeting, our coaching is all done online through our handy app.
You'll also soon learn we don't just measure progress purely on scale weight so weighing each week is also not necessary (yay!)
Packages vary, but we give you all the nutritional information you could ever need, meal plan ideas, weekly recipes to try, personalised goals and targets, habit tracking, a weekly check up and monthly progress day to see how you're getting on with feedback on any changes that need to be made. You can also add home/gym workout plans, access to our group support chat & weekly Live Q & A's.
You must be committed to a weekly check in online and to follow the guidance in our weekly Nutrition workshops and Live Q & As, This does require a little time and effort on your part as we cant do all the work for you, however, this is easy to follow even if you have a lot of social plans, holidays or things coming up which previously would have meant your attempts to diet were "all or nothing"
Our focus is on creating a lifestyle and sustainable way of eating and working out so you can continue & maintain results long after you have finished our programmes.
You package will begin the day you sign up. We usually recommend you begin on the 1st of the month so you have a full 4 weeks before your first "progress day" but you can sign up at any time.
