CLUBBERCISE

Clubbercise is a beginner friendly dance workout in the dark, with UV, Disco lights & Nightclub atmosphere, we wave our glowsticks in the air like we just don't care to 80s 90s and 00s clubland tunes.


A 45 minute class can burn up to 500 calories


Increase Cardiovascular fitness & Endurance, Improve co-ordination,  balance and  even memory.

BOX ROX (new for 2026)

BOX ROX is a fun, cardio, HIIT, body weight resistance combat class. 

Using static punchbags this is no contact box fit fun with a difference.


Set to music and in the dark, we will have your heart pumping, muscles working and smiles from ear to ear. 


Great for stress relief too!!!

Ladies that lift is our all female Group personal training session.
