Clubbercise is a dance workout in the dark, with UV, Disco lights & Nightclub atmosphere, we wave our glowsticks in the air like we just don't care to 80s 90s and 00s clubland tunes.
A 45 minute class can burn up to 500 calories

Combat Cardio was created when Lockdown happened and we were unable to continue our contact Box fit fun classes.
Combining Cardio and Combat inspired moves alongside resistance exercises this class is an excellent way to torch calories, have fun and get some great stress relief!

Using the largest muscle groups in the lower part of the body is a sure fire way to ramp up metabolic rate, boost fat burn, shape and sculpt the glutes and thighs and lift those derrieres!
This 45 minute class is best when using a booty band/hip circle for added resistance and booty burn.
Ladies that lift is our all female Group personal training session.
Learning to lift weights in a safe and effective way. Putting pressure on those muscles causing them to adapt and require energy to repair themselves long after the workout is over.

True Girl Power!
High intensity Interval training is certainly not for the faint hearted, using periods of high intensity to raise heart rate and lower intensity for maximum calorie burn.
classes are usually only 20 minutes max for this reason. which is great for anyone with limited time.
There are some complete beginner HIIT classes as well as more intense ones so make sure you double check before booking so you can enjoy it at your level.
Everyone who joins my classes wants to burn belly fat, and they always ask me about this class.
Sadly no amount of sit ups burns belly fat, we cant spot reduce where fat comes off (Mores the pity) and without Nutritional knowledge we wont burn fat full stop.
So why do ABS?
Well abdominals are the most important muscle group in the body, they help with posture, support the spine and without them we would fall over (a lot!) so we train them to be strong, to allow us a good range of movement and to protect our lower back from injury particularly those in physical jobs , ladies who have had babies and all of us as we age.
Stretch and flex is a gentle stretching class best for rest days, we work on mobility and flexibility to increase range of motion and improve overall performance as an aid to all other exercise.
